Welcome to the all-new Hamfisted.net. Given, the current site is a shadow of what came before, but rest assured that all the compromising pictures of drunken women, inane banter and recycled web links will return soon.

Like the US government, the front page has been shuffled around a bit, but nothing really changes. Web News has been trimmed down to just the right-hand column - it was taking too much valuable sushi time anyway, and the paraphrasing made me feel cheap. What's New is primarily designed for people who have a hard time grasping concepts like site navigation, the metric system and household solvents. If its function seems obvious, revel the joy of not being a complete nitwit. Yay for you.

On a site that had a budget, or was run by someone who regularly wears a tie and drinks cafe lattes, this section in the middle would be called the Editorial, or the Buzz, or Damn I Must Be Important. Lonely, neurotic faux-vegetarians would title it My Thoughts or Echoes In Eternity, and punctuate each entry with mood icons, while writing about the wonderful new person they met on ICQ. For me, I think I'll call it The Main Section.
