Flickr have implemented a nice little Easter Egg just in time for Christmas - if you add a note to a picture with the text "ho ho ho hat" or "ho ho ho beard" a sizeable Santa hat or beard will appear. Naturally I wasted no time in adorning Gemma the surly kitty with both of these items, as well as adding hats to Katie, Sally, Kim and a random Japanese salaryman.
