More Rugby, and Chores
This week saw me toddle along to Suncorp Stadium twice for Rugby World Cup games, and both were highly entertaining. Monday I saw the Scots comfortably dispatch a fairly inept USA, to the great delight of the overwhelmingly kilted crowd. Last night was even better, with the All Blacks putting ninety past the gallant Tongans as lightning arced across the sky and rain fell on us in sheets. It got a little nipply towards the end, but it was an excellent night.
That counter up there just keeps on counting down, and there's so much still to do. The biggest nasties are that I have to sell my car, build a computer for my Dad, and oh yeah, pack my entire life up and shove it somewhere. Then there's the army of little things, like buying woolly socks, learning how to say "aboot" properly and brushing up on the rules of ice hockey.
